Is that a typo on the title saying you get paid just to surf the web? Well, lucky you it isn't. If you're a senior surfer, then you should've heard about programs that pays you just to surf the web and..... (here comes the catch) in return you are asked to display a small window on the bottom of your desktop showing various kinds of advertisement. So, How do They Work

Well, first of all you have to register to any of them to be a member and get a Member ID (this ID is gonna be quite useful, explained later on). They'll be asking for your address so they can send you a check containing your earnings from displaying their ads window/bar. Then, you can download their bar and you can start earning straight away, simple huh?
You'll be credited (on most programs) $0.50 (that's fifty cents!) an hour just to display their ads bar while you're surfing. If you think that is too little, you can actually earn much more than you think! Say you have a friend and you recommended him/her to join this cool program. When that friend of yours register to the same paying program, don't forget to tell your friend to put YOU as their referral (the one who recommended your friend) by inserting your Member ID in the referral box in the registration form..
By doing this, as your friend surfs with the ads bar loaded, you'll be credited (average on most programs) $0.10 (ten cents) an hour of their time. If you still think that's too small let me put it this way, say you refer 3 friends using your Member ID as their referral and each of them refer to another friend of theirs and use their own Member ID and so on until, say, 5 times (this is called referral network level and it goes up to 7 levels or even limitless!). Then if we count all together that add up to 15 people already. Look diagram below.

Say, each person surfs 2 hours a day, so 2 hrs x $0.10 x 15 people = $3 per day. Hence in a month it adds up to $90. This is just an average approximation, so you could earn much more! Here's a useful tip, sign up to a few programs, download their ads bar and load all of them while you surf, that should really boost your earnings. Even though some programs haven't launched their ads bar, you can still sign yourself up now, build your referral network. Most of them will launch the bars within a month or two, but it's worth the wait.
